The ATMOS is covered by a 2-year warranty, which includes both parts and labor, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. If your ATMOS lamp develops a fault during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, normal wear and tear, or if the lamp has been repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties. Additionally, consumable parts, such as filters, may not be covered under this warranty unless they are found to be defective.

To initiate a warranty claim, please keep your proof of purchase and contact our customer service team. Full warranty terms and conditions, including detailed coverage and exclusions, can be found in your owner's manual.
